Why don't you use Priority Mail from the US Post Office. Shipping costs would be less expensive. I order thru you because of the prices from my vet but with shipping costs so high it sometimes doesn't make a difference. Also, on my previous order you shipped using UPS. They shut down for 4 days while the pain meds were in transit causing a serious delay in delivery. Our 15 year old dog ran out of meds before the package finally arrived. |

With the shipping charges, my charge doubled. And I did not realize it until the very end or I would have gone to another supplier. The way checkout is set up makes me never want to order anything from them again. Other sites tell me what I am going to be charged on my credit card, then I can order more supplies if I am below the break point. This site made me feel like I was tricked. Product was $7.25. I was charged over $15 on my credit card. REALLY????? Can I cancel my order?? |

This is the 2nd time we have ordered and we have been treated politely and promptly both times. Unable to know if shipment has been sent and status. Had to call for status. Unable to track status online. |

I've been using VetMedDirect.com for over 2 years now, and Monica, the email support person is great. Ordering prescriptions online can be a pain, as your vet and the online pharmacy have to connect, and there can be little hurdles from time to time. Monica has always been able to work through these problems. |
