It was next to impossible to contact a customer service or sales person by phone so I've had to rely on email for answers that I've needed quickly-- ie, if I order this product today and use the free shipping, how long will it take to get to me. This is important because I need the item (a toilet) in a week when my bathroom remodeling job is complete and the plumber is ready to install the toilet. I could have placed my order earlier (or not at all) if I had had a timely response to my questions. |

Cheapest prices and well designed site!!! I received the package when expected, but I had sent them a couple of emails and did not received a response to any of them. Poor communication. |

I originally purchased a highly-rated low-flow Toto toilet from a different online retailer. It arrived damaged with hardly any packaging material, and I refused delivery of the product. I was hesitant again to purchase a toilet online, but no local brick-and-mortar (southern CA) stocked this particular model (CST744S). So I hesitantly tried VidaVici. They shipped the toilet out very quickly the next day via DHL. I received it in a week in a huge box. The box hardly had a scratch on it (thanks DHL!) and inside was a huge amount of form-fitting foam -- packed in plastic so they won't flake when you remove them -- around the original 3 Toto packages (seat, tank, bowl). All the pieces arrived unbroken and in great condition. I was so relieved and thankful that this became my first online review of a retailer. The prices are fantastic too. Keep up the great work VidaVici! |

I had fantastic service with VidaVici. Their prices are lower than others so I called the 800 number to see why they have such great prices. To my surprise someone answered on the second ring (my husband and I thought we would get a directory and not get an actual person on the phone). The gentleman said that once my order is placed they will send out the object that day. Sure enough, I placed an online order at 4PM and it left their warehouse at 6 PM via UPS. VidaVici lets you know if an item is in stock and if it is instock your order will be sent to you that day or early the next. I give them a 10/10. |
