Chase Hellmann at vidavici had me a new one shipped that day which arrived 6 days later in perfect condition. My only complaint is that the sink was not packaged as well as it should have been for such a heavy item (1/2" styrofoam???) so it's no wonder it broke the first time, but I don't know who's in charge of packing the items so this may not be vv's fault. Considering no one in San Francisco could get the sink in less than 3 weeks and the other online merchant I nearly used suddenly wanted to charge me $200 shipping I would say this was an excellent experience. I asked what company would ship the toilet and whether a tracking number would be provided. CEVA was the shipper and I could (and did) track it as the Neorest 500 left Louisville en route to WA. I tried to put ??? but the rating system would not accept it!) I called before placing my order on-line to make sure the items were in stock. I was told that they were, but that they would be coming from 2 locations. To date I have received only 1 of the 4 items. Most recently, I was told they would ship last Mon. Then I was told they would ship today. My order still shows pending... Horrible experience. I will not use Vidavici again nor recommend them to a friend.	Overall Rating

The second item didn't show up, so I called to ask about it, and for some reason it hadn't never been sent out, so they placed the order again, it took slightley longer thatn expected but arrived in excellent condition. However, I spent 20 minutes trying to get the registration corrected, corrected, --- only to find I was already registered and had to get the password emailed. Another 3 minutes waiting for email. Billing and shipping address both have to be provided to get the thing to take even though they say only provide shipping address if different from billing address. Same problem last time I registered. Overall, this took about an hour to order. However, the prices are the best I have found if you get free shipping (orders over $50).	Overall Rating
