Posted Feb 5, 2008 - I feel like I was suckered into buying these... I just purchased a new Samsung HDTV with 120 Hz processing. At the store, the associate told me that to take advantage of the full 120-Hz, I needed these super HDMI cables. If I didn't get them, there was no reason to buy my TV. Well, needless to say, I purchased them and everything looked great, but then one of my cables broke somehow, so I swaped it out what a very basic HDMI cable that came with my DVD player as I sent the Monster one back for replacement, and to be honest, I don't see any difference in my picture quality or processing speed. So, in the end, they seem to work great, but I'm not sure how much of that is the cable vs. the TV.
