Good card, but terrible support.
Slim design and PCI-Ex interface. Analog TV quality was pretty good.
Driver was not available from Diamond Multimedia. Driver can be downloaded from Ati's (now AMD) support page. However, Catalyst Media Center (required to watch QAM channels) is not downloadable.
Posted 1 year ago - I bought this card from DELL and they listed one they were selling as retail package and comes with Catalyst Media Center (which is required to watch QAM channels). However, they were selling TVW650PCIEWB instead of TVW650PCIE. It was white box model. The package looks exactly same, but it does not come with manual or driver CD. Since Catalyst Media Center (which is included in the driver CD) is not downloadable and I don't have the driver CD, I was not able to watch digital TV at all (especially QAM channels). I had third party program which is capable of viewing analog TV, so I was able to test analog only and video quality was pretty good. I'm trying to return this back to DELL since they listed it wrong (this is fraud!).
