dmjseller - (September 04, 2006) I have a DVD player, VCR player, cable and satellite dish all hooked up to this little box and then going to my television. Simple switch of the button and I get what I want. Very easy to use. There is even a handy set of switches in the front to hook up a video camera. Only down side is that it generates a bit of heat since it is on all the time, but it is not a big deal.

5 Star Review Excellent but not perfect

John920 - (October 22, 2006) This switchbox is almost perfect, but the price helps to make up for it. remote controlled with 6 inputs, 5 having component inputs, However only 3 of the 5 have any digital switching. It does have both optical and coaxial digital connections. I use this switch in my bedroom and the display is backlit with a quite bright blue light. A little too bright, I wish it could be dimmed. All in all a great buy for the buck.

Pogo1 - (April 11, 2006) 1.Image quality from input cable to TV is worse than cable to TV. 2. S-Video and audio input to S-video output does not work. 3. Image from RCA input to output is poor and grainy. I am viewing a 32" LCD TV.

5 Star Review JX-66 Component Video / Stereo Audio Selector

jacutler - (08/26/2009) When I bought this unit I was planning on using it for several component 3 wire video feeds. But then I had to change my plans. I needed to use it for single composite video feeds. Works fine.

4 Star Review A/V Switcher that works fine

MidnightOilFan - (10/28/2008) Overall, this A/V Switch is one that is relatively cheap and gets the job done. It includes a stereo headphone jack on the front, but I don't know what you would use that for. I have an old Tivo box hooked up to it and my newer, active DVR. I could hook up two more devices, but I already have enough jacks in the back of my TV for my VCR, DVD, etc... just not enough A/Vs. In older sets that have fewer inputs, however, this might be nice to have for that reason. I just wish I could set up a universal remote to switch inputs.

5 Star Review Excellent autoswitch

nebulousness - (08/06/2008) I bought this HDMI switch because I was unhappy with another model that didn't switch well with my cable box. This one works perfectly so far. It switches to the most recently powered-on used signal, so an always-on connection like many cable boxes and satellite receivers use won't confuse it. It is a nice heavy metal casing design that feels high quality. My only complaints are that the LEDs on the front are very bright, but blue - so at least they look cooler than the flashing red lights of other brands, and that the remote is a small, cheap card style remote. I haven't had to use the remote yet anyway.
