I waited a few days then went to their site to check on when it would arrive, they gave a link for the tracking number which linked to FEDEX, according to their site there was no record of it. I called FEDEX and they told me they had no record of that tracking number. I emailed them to confirm the tracking number and the only response I received was that it would arrive at my house no later then Friday, which it didn't. I called FEDEX again Friday night and again they stated they had no record of the tracking number. I would highly recommend to not buy from this company.	Overall Rating

They took 2 days to determine they needed a form for me to mail in because my order was over a certain amount. They mailed it to me. Once I faxed it back, I had to email several times to determine they took 2 days to process the order and ship it. Several more emails to get the tracking number. I've had this experience twice before. Their site said the product was a natural formula etc, but omitted the fact it had sugar. I sent it back and they still charged me 15% + some extra fee. The customer svc said she didn't impose it so couldn't explain. She said dispute with my credit card company since I'm not allowed to talk to the managers	Overall Rating

The only and big problem that I just encounter is the employee who does not have customer service. I really have a bad experience in their employee. Instead of saying sorry, they try to make excuse and end up yelling and have louder voice than the customer.	Overall Rating
