They sent the wrong item because their website was not updated. Not my fault. When I called them to ask for a refund, I was told I had to use the form on their website, which I did. The form clearly states that a response would be given in one business day, which they took 2 days to respond. Their only response was just an email with an RMA number. No explanation of what it was for, not even a letter of apology. So I called the company and got a recording to leave a call back number. No one called so I had to call again. I finally talked to someone and she told me how to send the product back. I was told that there would be a restocking fee and I would have to pay for the shipping. When I told her it was not my fault they sent the wrong item, she said that NOW on their website is correct. I told her that was false advertisement and then she hung up on me.	Overall Rating

I waited a few days then went to their site to check on when it would arrive, they gave a link for the tracking number which linked to FEDEX, according to their site there was no record of it. I called FEDEX and they told me they had no record of that tracking number. I emailed them to confirm the tracking number and the only response I received was that it would arrive at my house no later then Friday, which it didn't. I called FEDEX again Friday night and again they stated they had no record of the tracking number. I would highly recommend to not buy from this company.	Overall Rating
