Example: Purchasing the HG pack automatically qualifies you to get free shipping however, when I purchased another product and used a promotion code(freemint) since it was an error on the company's part for putting to much mint in the product, it kicked out the free shipping and I would up having to pay shipping. The customer service live chat was no help in that area when I explained it to him.	Overall Rating

I finally got my order, but only after much aggravation. In the future don't put an email address on your website to contact if no one answers it. Also you should send a UPS tracking number much sooner than mine was sent - over 1 week after ordering and calling & emailing!	Overall Rating
