I ordered a product online on Tuesday evening and I had it in my home on Friday morning. California to Dallas. A little over 48 hours in transit by the time the item was in the hands of the shipper. My only criticism is they do not automatically inform you of their shipping method or provide a tracking number unless you specifically call and ask. Their customer service is professional and very helpful with online product choice and were only too happy to provide the tracking information when I called. By the time I was wondering if I would receive the tracking information by email, and I wanted to allow them a couple days from order, to process to getting my shipment out... I called and the tracking information told me the product was out for deliver and within the hour it was at my door. Fast shipping far outweighs the lack of tracking and is still available with a quick 1800 call.	Overall Rating

After some struggle (a seconded defective chair), communication improved when a secretary was no longer in the loop and communication was direct with (an overworked) sales agent. Over a month had passed before received a functioning chair, albeit rebuilt and with a much more limited warranty. Here the problem was largely with the manufacturer, Human Touch, who, apparently, had difficulty keeping up with quality control and the flow of business. Human Touch has remained unresponsive to the request of a copy of a warranty dated from the actual delivery of a functioning product.	Overall Rating

Even though it said that they were self adhesive, some were not so I was unsure (when I was placing the order) if the ones I ordered were indeed self adhesive.
