Their site clearly states 4-6 days for shipping and my order took 10 days to arrive. It took Fedex 4 days to pick up my order, which caused the shipping date to change from 9/24 to 9/28. I e-mailed the company to see if there was a problem and never received a response. Great prices or not, if there is no customer service, I don't usually continue doing business with that company. After I talk to one of their representative assured me that the product will be 4 days since products had "Just Arrived today at their store", but nothing had arrived or scheduled to be delivered to my house. So, I called to confront the same personnel about my products, the same personnel from Vitamaker now said that perhaps the product are scheduled to arrive to their store on the day that they promised it would be delivered to my home, while they had told me the product already had arrived three days back. And, she told me that she was not sure that the shipment itself would contain my products for sure, and all she said it is a shipment from the same manufacturing company for my product, but she said there is no way to know for sure. Don't get caught in the same predicament as me. Thanks	Overall Rating
