At first, I ordered a Safety 1st 65 LX car seat (second best one out there) and it was already priced $70 less than on any other website (tax and shipping included). Then the manufacturer decided to change stock item numbers and messed up everyone's orders and for the delay, Vivian's gave me a $25 refund while I waited for my item to ship. Then I got an email from Vivian's saying that the warehouse was taking to long is processing orders so Vivian issued me a full refund PLUS gave me a $50 off coupon. I called and was able to purchase the best car seat, Safety 1st 65 SE car seat for $50 less than listed on the viviansbabyclothes.com site which is already priced $50 cheaper than at Toys R Us, not including tax and shipping. Even with all the hassle of warehouse mistakes and delays, Vivian's was there every step of the way, keeping me updated and providing THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE out there. |

The search results pulled up exactly what I was looking for. Pictures and information on each product are excellent. When I had a question about one of the car seats, I called customer service, my call was answered after the third ring, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, knew a lot of each car seat I was interested in, was extremely polite and courteous. What a breath of fresh air! |

I interfaced with Dale in customer service, about an obsolesense issue. He was extremely helpful, and understanding. Jesus...when's the last time you could say that...? Awesome. |
