This shop was out of stock on an item I wanted and told me they would notify me when it came into stock in my area, and they did. I receive excellent service from them. It is the only place that stocks the item I need for my dog. |

The only thing missing on the site is sizing on dog toys especially. To say it is x-large is not enough information. I have two giant breed dogs and need x-large toys for them and I need to know the size of the toy. |

Easy web site to use but it would be even easier to not have to search through all the items listed separately by color. Listing the item once with a notation that multiple colors are available would searching for an item much easier. Also, weight of food packages should be listed initially. |
