I called casablanca and it turns out the fan and controller are not compatible. I called WAM as their website states there are compatible, but they would not help me at all. They said I could send the fan back to casablanca if I paid shipping and restocking fee plus the installation, de-installation, and re-installation costs, but WAM will not stand behind their website info or even update their web site to correct mistakes. If you buy from WAM be sure you know exactly what you're buying and be prepared to pay for any mistakes by either party, any miscommunication, or service issues.	Overall Rating

Lied to twice--told item would be shipped on two separate dates. Tried calling and was placed on hold--finally hung up after business closed. Item didn't get shipped until almost two weeks later--still waiting for it. Retailer Response (11/04/2009): Our inventory was incorrect, so the customer was told an item would ship right away when in actuality there was a 5 day lead time. Once the error was realized the customer was contacted promptly and we did everything we could do to make her happy. We gave the customer several options to resolve the issue and she chose a full refund which we granted immediately.	Overall Rating

I ordered on June 22nd, and when I still had not heard from them by June 29th, I emailed. They apologized and said the item was backordered but would be shipped soon. They told me their new estimate for shipping was July 3rd, and they would do 2 day shipping. Today is July 7th and nothing! When I contacted them, they told me they were closed July 3 - 5th. I begged them to overnight once they get it, becasuethey had not communicated well at all, but they refused, saying they had done all they could.	Overall Rating
