All my past online purchases have been billed at time of shipment with other companies which, unfortunately is not the practice with WAM. My choice, according to their policy,was to cancel the order and reorder when item became available. I chose NOT TO CANCEL and hope item will be shipped on 12/6/09, but will think twice before placing another order with WAM home Center.	Overall Rating

I called casablanca and it turns out the fan and controller are not compatible. I called WAM as their website states there are compatible, but they would not help me at all. They said I could send the fan back to casablanca if I paid shipping and restocking fee plus the installation, de-installation, and re-installation costs, but WAM will not stand behind their website info or even update their web site to correct mistakes. If you buy from WAM be sure you know exactly what you're buying and be prepared to pay for any mistakes by either party, any miscommunication, or service issues.	Overall Rating

Lied to twice--told item would be shipped on two separate dates. Tried calling and was placed on hold--finally hung up after business closed. Item didn't get shipped until almost two weeks later--still waiting for it. Retailer Response (11/04/2009): Our inventory was incorrect, so the customer was told an item would ship right away when in actuality there was a 5 day lead time. Once the error was realized the customer was contacted promptly and we did everything we could do to make her happy. We gave the customer several options to resolve the issue and she chose a full refund which we granted immediately.	Overall Rating
