Awesome watch!
The "coutura perpetual" is the only line of watches that the date will always be correct. Automatic so no battery required. Nice style.
No chronograph. No atomic time.
Posted Nov 15, 2006 - I spent alot of time trying to figure out which watch to buy. I wanted a steel band so I could wear it in the water if I have to. I wanted an automatic so I wouldn't have to replace the battery. I saw this watch in GQ mag and I thought it had a cool style. Then I looked closer and it said the date will always be correct until 2100. I like that alot. I paid $300 for mine on ebay (new, w/warranty and box). Note that there are new models that are available in Europe - you can find them on ebay by typing "coutura" - the model numbers will be higher than the SNP007 but will all start with SNP. This watch is 41mm. The other models are larger at 45mm. Good luck and be happy!
