Citizen Nighthawk
Easy to read day or night. Will never disappoint because of a dead battery.
Crystal is very vulnerable to damage. Finish might wear off with hard use.
Posted Apr 5, 2007 - I had this watch on my wish list for over a year and I can honestly say it was worth the wait. It looks terrific when worn casually and the black band goes well with either gold or silver jewelry. I can easily tell the time without my glasses – day or night. The luminous hands and face markings really work well and last for an amazing long time. I own several high quality watches costing a lot more but this one has become my favorite for daily use. However, its not the watch to wear in hard service – don't think it will take the abuse and retain its good looks. The rotating bezel adds to its unique appearance but I find no practical use for it. The Eco-Drive is the way to go – this is my second one. My expensive battery powered watches seem to always need new juice buttons just when I want to wear them and most must be returned to their manufacturers leaving me temporarily watch-less and permanently cash-less. I couldn't be happier with this Citizen watch and will be waiting for the next generation Eco-Drives to make their appearance.
