This Web Cam comes with a headset and some additional softwares to manage/edit your photos. This webcam gives you decent video results ( USB 1.1 and 352 x 288 resolution video). The headset is great. The video quality is bad in low light conditions. There is no auto white balance or auto focus. Installing this camera was a snap. I was able to install within 5 mins. Overall, camera is not the best but OK for that price if you are looking to start using a webcam with a decent quality

TopStrengths: + Compact Size + Fits to my laptop very well + Decent picture quality in good light
Weakness: - not for advanced uses
Have been looking for a webcam to use when chatting. Did not want the top of the line models as the usage is very basic such as my son using it when chatting with his grandparents. This serves the purpose. Very easy to install and use. Have not bothered to use the advanced features / additional software that comes with it. Would be a definite recommendation for someone looking for a basic webcam at an affordable price (under 20 bucks).

TopStrengths: USB 2.0 connectivity, decent photo and video quality. Excellent image quality under daylight.
Weakness: Flimsy - Doesn't stand firm on my monitor. Some other product outscore this camera without any light.
Overall, this is a excellent webcam. Does all the jobs it is suppose to do. This Webcam provides great software and good video and picture quality for amateurs, but more-advanced users may crave additional settings and editing options.

TopStrengths: Works witn MSN, Yahoo Messenger, easy to install, low price.
Weakness: 640*480 Video resolution.
I really like this webcam. The package also includes microphone and headphones. The price is excellent for this camera. Easy to use and convenient design. You can use with Yahoo Messenger and MSN with no problems. This webcam is one of the best for this price range.

I got this webcam mainly because it has a clip mount which allows me to put it on a notebook screen, monitor etc. Its a very good feature which was not available in the Creative QuickCam Chat. The webcam has a good refresh rate, however the picture quality is no better than the QuickCam chat. Its good for chatting but not if you want to send a nice video mail or a still.
Overall, for the price (< $20) I paid, I am very happy with this webcam and will recommend to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive webcam.
This webcam also comes with a bonus microphone with a mount that you can stick to your monitor etc. The Mic can then be held in that mount or else, you can use the microphone's attached clip to use it as a collar Mic etc.

TopStrengths: With good light, it works fine indoors. Software bundle is great.
Weakness: Doesn't work at all pointing out a window. Tends to easily tip over while sitting on a flat surface.
I bought this because it was very inexpensive. I didn't expect too much, but I was hoping I could point the camera out the window to catch the activity outside. But, it gets all washed out and you can't see the outdoor image. However, it works fine inside. And the Webcenter software that comes with it is nice. It even has motion detection for security purposes. For an inexpensive camera, the image quality is fine. I just wish it would work pointing outside.

This camera is a good buy for someone who wants to upgrade from an older model. It delivers decent picture quality and for the price paid is an excellent buy.

TopStrengths: cheap
This is the 2nd basic Creative Labs webcam I have used. Compared to the previous one, this one has brighter and better pictures. It is easy to install on the desktop and you do not need to worry it will fall off. Though the functions may be less than the expensive ones, it surely works fine in most circumstances.

Good price but not quality
Strengths: The software is easy to use and the camera can be adjusted onto different LCD monitors.
Weakness: The image is not clear and contrast is not very well.
I think it's a very basic web-camera. YOu can record video and take pictures easily with this camera and I like its software interface. However, compared to my previous laptop Logxx webcamera, the quality and the price are very different. I would only suggest the beginner to buy this one, but not for people who reply on it frequently.
