Shipment was quick, but there was no information at all with the order. So I had a problem finding where the key for the software was printed. I contacted the sender about this and they did respond fairly quickly. Fortunately I finally was able to find the key information myself before I received their email. |

tried to cancel
but had no way to contact sell
got package and opened hoping for a receipt with a way of contacting seller there was none
product is not what I wanted
did not see a return policey any where on price grabber
seller will NOT return my money
Please help....................... WebCommunitySoftware's Response: In regards to this order, every part of delivery was executed on time and the correct product was delivered. Our return policy does not allow us to return the user's product after purchase. This rating is skewed because it is not considering all points of the sell. User is completely basing their rating on the fact it can't be returned. User called about the product 1 week after delivery to say he found a cheaper price and wanted to return it. |
