I got the product but didn\'t receive an email notifying me of when it would arrive/be shipped. I had emailed after a period of time and got no response. There was no receipt in the package. Apparently the company uses some other notification software and I deleted that email as spam. Installed s/w and it is working well. WebCommunitySoftware's Response: This rating doesn't seem to be accurate as our shipping program emails a confirmation automatically. It is possible that the email was filtered to the junk mail folder. It only took 3 days for delivery which is an excellent delivery time and was shipped next day after order was placed. |

The item I ordered arrived sooner than I expected. Only problem was that the item was packaged w/o any cushion or packaging peanuts and arrived all squished. WebCommunitySoftware's Response: We apologize for this. The packing and packaging seemed very sturdy when shipped. The post office must of really abused it. |
