The unit was repaired but I had to pay an extra $16 for repair shipping. Wegotbetterdeals was unresponsive to a request for a shipping charge credit. Bottom line: it cost me an extra $16, lots of hassle, and 45 days before I finally had a working unit. Avoid Wegotbetterdeals in favor of a vendor that cares about its customers.	Overall Rating

It was shipped in a differently labeled box and when I called it was explained as normal. The product was delivered and in perfect condition. But, one week after the "shown sent" day, UPS told me that they still don't have any information about the package in their system. Had to call WeGotBetterDeals and he said that UPS must have lost the package, so they need to request for a lost package investigation from UPS and I should hear something back in 1-2 business days. After another 5 days, when I called WeGotBetterDeals again, I was told there is no trace about they initiated a lost package tracking request, yet. When I asked WeGotBetterDeals to find out who promised me something without real action, I was told that WeGotBetterDeals DOES NOT HAVE ANY LOG IN THEIR SYSTEM ABOUT WHETHER A CUSTOMER CALLED ABOUT A CERTAIN PURCHASE ORDER, that's simply unbelievable flaw a company can have in their system structure!!! Wegotbetterdeals's Response: Wow, guess you are one that have never made a mistake. Yet you received the product that you ordered and we get a 1 our of 5 rating? It was extremely well packaged for shipment and looks and performs as if new. I'm very satisfied with the product. Happy to not have to deal with inkjets ever again.
