I ordered one of these Bull Dog Shop Vacs last month that I loaned it out to a friend, who loves it so much (size, HP, etc.) that he wants one of his own. Christmas is coming early for him this year. |

UPS ground Shipping rates are higher than I was led to believe. One item I wanted 2 of and only one was available. The three policies I had to agree to in order to complete my order were not available to be read! That made me somewhat uncomfortable. In the end all was well and the package arrived promptly. |

Excellent prices, as usual. Good variety of items. One part of the order was simply dropped, however, with a notice to "Re-order such-and-such," but without a credit for the item not being delivered. This was quickly resolved by their customer service, though, and the item was sent right out. |

Had a tough time adding the item to my cart. Once I found the product on the web site, I had to take product title and add to search bar, before it would let me put it in the shopping cart. |
