Great seller and fast shipment. I bouth an HP dv4 12-cell battery and it shows good performance so far. The current web site is quite simple. Improving the online store GUI will be even better from the user point of view. |

My son was going back to college and required a new battery for his laptop. WestCoastPower had the best price I could find by as much as 40%. I also chose free ground shipping, however I received the package in three days. I can't explain how that happened but it was quite a pleasant surprise. I will continue to order from WestCoastPower for sure. |

I always do my homework when shopping online. As I did not order an OEM battery, I was a bit nervous. There were many reviews online that indicated trouble with non-OEM batteries (poor fit, inability to register charge, etc.). How pleased I was to find the appropriate replacement at a terrific price. I was disappointed to find out that I was charged a foreign transaction fee for this purchase. There was nothing to indicate that this would happen during the checkout process. I only found out when I got my credit card bill. |
