BE FOREWARNED!!! I purchased a laptop power adapter for my daughter's Acer Aspire 5810TZ-4657 from WCP. A month later (too late to return the item) I learned the adapter's power tip was not the right size. This is an issue that should be covered by WCP's warranty, so I submitted an RMA on their website. A month later, I still hadn't received any reply, so I emailed rma@westcoastpower.net. the email was rejected by their mail server. I also tried emailing rma@, help@, and customerservice@westcoastpower.net multiple times. I also faxed the RMA department. I also called mutilple times, but never reached a live person, and voicemails were always full. FINALLY on Dec 2nd I got a reply to yet another email attempt. We exchanged emails again on Dec 6th- they asked me to confirm they sent the correct item. I replied on Dec.10th with the part# and even a pic of the adapter. Since that date, I have not heard a word. Again I have emailed serveral times, and also tried calling. No luck! |

I order from West Coast Power frequently. I am very pleased with service. On the rare occasions I had problems with the items, they were always replaced quickly and without hesitation. |

I purchased a replacement battery for my daughter's laptop a year ago and was so pleased with the order and product I ordered from WestCost Power again. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and the product works as avertised. I also save quite a bit of money over the dell replacement battery. I would recommend the company. |

I ordered a battery with 85WHr rating. However, I received 72WHr battery. I tried to get customer service, but nobody ever answered. I think I should either get a replacement or refund of my money |

This was a reorder of a miss ordered battery. The big issue I had was the time it took me to ahold of someone to do the reorder almost a month. |

Purchasing from this merchant is good, but dealing with them on return of a defective battery was frustrating. Admittedly, I lost the email with which to communicate and therefore lost all means to communicate a change of address and request a refund rather than replacement. I had to buy a replacement battery to send the defective one back to them. which I purchased from them also. I understand the need for a paper trail but in this case it was extreme. |

The price on my laptop replacement battery was good, but I seem to recall that the shipping took a longer time than what I would have expected or desired. Since it has been 1 1/2 months since I placed the order, I don't recall much of what the purchasing experience was like so I have marked most things as average except the placing of my order. I don't recall any trouble placing my order so I marked that as good. It would probably be better to get a request for review out sooner. |
