Warehouse Express have proved to always be competative on price, their ordering process is straight forward and easy to follow, and the product ordered has always arrived on the date stipulated at the time of ordering. When contacting them by telephone their representative has always been polite, helpful and had good product knowledge in order to answer technical product associated enquiries. |

Have used on line and telephone ordering as well as personal shopping at the showroom. I have also had the benefit of sound advice on compatibility and relevance both on line and by phone. I have dealt with WE many times and they justify their well earned reputation. Total confidence in dealing with this company. My preferred supplier because of these points and invariably they also offer the keenest price. |

Really good easy to navigate site, excellent product information and easy ordering process. Now I just have to wait and see if the goods arrive tomorrow as expected... and the cooker arrived as predicted. An automatic phone call from the shipper let me know it would be an afternoon delivery and later the delivery man phoned expecting to arrive between 5 and 7, actual time being about 5. They unpacked the cooker and took away packing and the old cooker (I had paid the extra for this) and once I had connected the cooker and glanced over the instructions (no, really guys!) checked it all worked and me and the missus have been very pleased with it after a week or so. |

Excellent prices & information, so easy to order from. Delivery arrived well packaged and protected with a lot of bubble wrap, also with fragile tape so the postman knew not to throw it through the office door in his usual style! Wouldn't hesitate to order again. |

I have used WE before so came back this time when I had to replace a camera lens. I trust the company and have been very happy with the service. The web site is quick and easy to use. Obviously, I havent received the goods yet, but I know from previous experience, Warehouse Expres offer a first class service, with polite and friendly staff to answer queries. My friend had a small problem with a camera, and it was uplifted by a driver the next day, who had a replacement with him. You cant get better than that!. It may not be the cheapest on the internet (although it may be), but its worth the small premium for such good service. |

very good! Used the live chat and had excellent advice, order was put through securely and promptly - will definitely come back! To follow up... goods arrived promptly and when they were supposed to. Packaging was secure, discreet (this was a high price order). Overall, 100% satisfied and will definitely order more from them. |
