Second time this company has screwed me over. This time, due to an incompetent employee, my order was duplicated, I was charged twice, and received two orders. This is almost £600. I have been informed they won't refund until (at their leisure) the item has been collected, and then re-delivered to them. Then the processing time, blah blah blah. An unauthorised charge to my account has occured, give me my ******* money back!! It's xmas in 2 weeks and I need that money this is wrong! |

Only my second order from WEX but have been very pleased with the delivery times. Haven't had an issue with any purchases so can't comment on returns. Very easy to navigate site with very good product descriptions. |

I have had a lot of problems loggin on to my account since I have used you many times before I have found this very frustrating I asked for a new password this also did not work so in the end I had to create a new account to purchase the product I wanted. This said I have used Warehouse express many times in the past and have been very pleased with the service but management should be aware of the loggin problems I have found on more than one occasion lately and sort it out. Apart from this I have been pleased with the rest of the service. |

So long as the camera lens etc comes tomorrow as expected the service has been very good. I think the insturctions for setting up an account/acquiring password reminders could be simpler - eg: click here if you cannot remember your password |

Overall my experience on your website was good, I chatted with an adviser who informed me about problems with the compatible lense I had seen and advised me on a different one which would be much better. In the end I decided to buy a Nikon lense at that is the make of my camera. Thank you for your help |

Placing an order for more than 1 item was difficult. I had to go back and click on the item I wanted once again. The order page should have a box which asks for the quantity. You could loose sales if customers are unsure what to do |

Good seller. Nice products. Carriage abroad too expensive. This was a small and light product, and the seller offers no way to have it shipped at lower price, what for instance Photoproshop of Nikon does. |
