I would not recommend this company to anyone and advise you to beware before you order. Look up other comments about them on line. I ordered 1 bed. They took the payment as soon as it shipped. Took over 2 months to arrive. Wrong bed was delivered. Raised the issue with the company and they re-ordered the correct model. Took 2 weeks to deliver. Right bed wrong legs so cannot be assembled. At this point we are at over 3 months to get the bed. Asked for refund. Also asked for a call back from management. No refund. Haven't spoke to anyone yet. It is 4 months now. Still no bed and I see my status on their website is "Claim under Review". Had 1 call from someone there but has not returned my subsequent contacts. If you have months to wait for a bed that cost as much or more than something that could have been purchased locally - go ahead. Stuff is made overseas. Still waiting. |

This is the best furniture website I've visited. The information about the furniture was complete, including product dimensions, and the online chat feature was very helpful and immediately available. Overall, an excellent site! |

The online customer service rep was most helpful and polite. An easy and easily understandable process for ordering and great customer service reps? Merchants willing to work with customers? I had thought this sort of thing was unheard of anymore. Wonderful service and thank you again. |

The only problem I had was I don't know when to expect my shipment to arrive. Other than that I think the website is great. |

Telephone call to merchant was first answered by someone who had no answers to any questions - who knew nothing about the products or the web site. Call was finally transfered to someone who was able to add clarification. I almost decided not to buy based on the first experience. Communication about product shipping have been non existant - should have purchased item locally instead of on the web. |
