A fantastic, low-priced console
Strengths: A new way to play (just like the commercials say). Games like Zelda and Metroid translate beautifully with motion controls.
Weakness: Lack of a robust online system like Xbox Live. Worst graphics of the generation (but then again, graphics don't make gameplay).
Everyone (even your 35-year-old cousin) will want to play the Wii. It's the lowest-priced console this generation, but still maxes out the fun factor. A joy to have.
