Strengths:

This liscene works with any oem media. Have used others from other places with flawless installation.

Weaknesses:

Rare to get a retail disk that does not work with.

Posted Dec 4, 2004 - I have used this product many times. It installs easily and quickly. These are not early corporate codes that do not work except on the machine it was built for (i.e packard bell main reason they went out of business). Love it. Great alternative to full price retail over $100.

Product ID will be incompatible with the CDRom that you currently have.

Posted Feb 1, 2003 - The current flaw with the selling of liscenses only is that Microsoft will batch out the product ID's with certain CD Roms. No one product ID code will allow you to install windows with any CD you may have and most likely the Product ID will be incompatible with the CDRom that you currently have.

Posted Mar 19, 2005 - A great way to inexpensively reuse an existing OEM CD legally on old computer systems that simply do not support Windows XP. The license/COA worked fine on my system, and if I find a need to keep another old computer running I will buy another.
