My shopping experience was very interesting and I didn't know that the site would have som much to offer. The site was referred to me by someone else to help with my daughter's party and it was the best one out of several others that we looked at! |

This company has very bad customer service. I would not shop here again due to their customer service. After UPS returned the order to them by mistake, I requested it to be shipped out again. Windy City Novelties never sent it back out and I never received the items I needed. They then proceeded to charge me re-stocking fee (25% of my order!) for an order I never received and did not want to return. Very disappointing. |

I FIND THAT THEY HAVE THE BEST VARIETY OF PRODUCTS FOR THE BEST PRICE. ONLY DRAW BACK IS I COULD NOT BENEFIT FROM THE PROMOTIONAL FREE DELIVERY OFFER BECAUSE THAT WOULD TAKE ALMOST 12 DAYS TO COME. HAD TO PAY TO GET ITEMS DELIVERED EARLIER. |

Good selection, was trying to order a banner and message told us our font was too big, we tried all combinations and nothing worked...not enough information... banners are so small, did not order. We just ordered the invitations... they look great on the computer, hoping they are just as nice in person |
