Ordered a personalized Vinturi Deluxe Aerator Gift Set for a gift for Valentine’s Day. Their website said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Since I placed the order on 23 January I figured that would be plenty of time, three weeks plus a day or two. Still hadn't received a shipping notification by the 6th of February so I called. Their customer service person said it had not shipped yet and she didn't know the status since it comes direct from the manufacturer. She would contact the manufacturer and send me an email regarding the status. I did not get the email so I called again on 9 February. This time I was told it was shipping that day and would arrive in a week, after Valentine's Day. I told them this was unacceptable. I had ordered it in plenty of time and expected it to have been delivered on time. Not to mention it hadn't even been shipped until after I called and asked about it. WINE ENTHUSIAST IS NOT RELIABLE!!! Retailer Response (02/10/2012): We are so sorry to hear of the delay in production and shipment of your Personalized Vinturi Deluxe Gift Set. Rest assured we will be in touch with you ASAP to have this resolved. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience. |

This is my third order and I have never been MORE happy and pleased !!! Everything that I have ordered has been exactly as stated from the website and catalog received as well as making decisions based on customer reviews. Actually there was one product that I was considering but after reading reviews, I decided NOT to purchase. This saved me disappointment and return of said product. Shipping was VERY prompt and efficient. Thank you! |

I hope the delivery of this piece goes as well as the ordering! UPDATE ~ Unfortunately the time line for delivery was off. the shipper let me know, but it still was later than they expected. I now have the piece and I do love it. So all in all, it worked out well and patience is a good thing. |

I attempted to renew a gift subscription - but after entering all the info. I found that there was no way to indicate that this order was a renewal of a gift subs. I then attempted to cancel the order but received a confirmation number. I now think that I have ordered a subscription that will run concurrently with the present subscription. There should be a "gift renewal" section on the order form. |

1. I Hate sites that keep your email address and then deny you access as a "New customer" if you didn't care to have an "account" or remember your password from the last time. 2. I bought a wine cellar for ove $1000 - so far it has NEVER WORKED and all i get is the Run-Around! so much for their guarantee, they didn't even attempt to help me get it fixed - I wouldn't shop here if I could find the glasses anywhere else. |

the shipping costs were a little high but are clearly explained what they entail. i was pleased with the price for what i purchased. a chat function would have been nice but email and phone numbers were readily available. |

TODAY...my experience was fine; just as it has been on previous occasions. However, YESTERDAY, your site kept kicking me out when I tried to checkout. I was unable to complete a transaction. That was a definite disappointment. Thankfully, things worked as expected today. |

One item in the order 7615501 did not register the sale price of $34.95, charging me $49.95. All other sale prices registered. I called the 800 order number and could not the price adjusted. I will call back on Tuesday. The catalog says sale prices are valid until 2.5.07 |

INFURIATING! I was trying to use a gift certificate and was unable to--at the checkout there were only two options: credit card and bill-me-later. There was a space for entering the gift certificate number, which I did, but the site still insisted on either a credit card or a bill-later option. Now I have a bill-me-later order placed, and I am convinced this will take forever to sort out. Oh, and customer service won't be available for 3 days!!!! |
