Weakness: It sticks about a inch out from the laptop have to be careful that I do not bump it on something.
It was easy to set up. I used a Netgear cable router 11Mbps with this and it does not have any conflicts. I had the whole wireless network setup in about 25 minutes. I am sitting up stairs about 75 feet away and with a very good signal. The reason I went with the 11Mbps router and 22Mbps Laptop card is the price and reputation of the makers. I sit in my bedroom about 175 feet away and get a good and very good signal. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of NetGear and U.S. Robotics. The total cost was $64.05 for Router and laptop card with rebates, can not beat the price.
