I bought this boot, infact 2 pair

I found a pair just like it looks wise by another brand

Posted 1 year ago - I bought Uggs for years...it seams their quality is going down hill. I found the brand OLD FRIEND SLIPPER, looks similer but had a better quality than the Ugg boot, I called the main store for Old Friend 1-800-537-4361 what service, kindness now Im a customer for life. The Ugg boots and slippers are over priced and just dont seam to have the same quality and detail as the Old friend.... BTW I bought 2 pair of boots and 3 pair of their ladies scuffs as well as a mens loafer from Old Friend as I said Im a customer for life. Sorry Uggs

Completely unsatisfactory

Were not what they claimed to be These were knock offs and not original, authentic UGG brand boots. We compared to those found in a reputable store and saw various discrepancies including quality.

Posted 1 month ago - See above. This process was a total waste of time as after researching and comparing these poor quality boots with original UGG boots, we then shipped them back and bought from a store rather than on-line.
