My initial overrall experience ordering from this site was a good one. However this has since changed as I am still chasing after the merchant for my order to be delivered. No delivery or shipment date was indicated at time of order neither did I receive any email to this effect subsequently. I then had to follow up via email (they never pick phone calls nor return calls as promised in their recorded message). It was at the point of following up that I was informed that the order takes a minimum of 1 week to produce and its only after that that delivery will take place. I am quite disappointed because if this had been made clear, then l won't have ordered the items which were urgently needed for the opening of a new pre-school. Its been over 2 weeks now and I am still waiting. |

Ordering process was easy....bought a plush cow rocker for my nephew at a very good price compared to others I found online. However, return policy is not great...restocking fee and you have to pay for it yourself. Hope nephew likes it! |

the pictures of the items are very deceiving. my product did not arrive on time and when i had to send it back, i was charged restucking, and shipping fees that total 90 dollars. READ the return policy |
