Ignored an email request and then told me that they have 10 phone lines and an 800 number rather than do the right thing. Quote from Cust. service... You ask for an opinion and then you make us have to join another website so that you can hear our concerns and opinions? I have not even received my watch from you and I am not likely to purchase again. If you are trying not to get feedback by wearing customers down then you have succeeeded. All I wanted to tell you that for $3.50 for gift wrap that you should include a gift card. When I reach you in person at 10am when you open, I am thinking of just cancelling. You are a lot of work!
