The search often found links to the images and when the subsequent "back to product" link is clicked, the window closes instead of returning to the product or search page. I had to open a new browser several times to find, add, ultimately purchase the three items in my order. This was very frustrating.	Overall Rating

These floodcams are junk, I've been trying to get one to work for two years, floodlights come on and won't turn off, even when they're set to only come on after dark. I was told the new improved ones worked fine, but SAME JUNK as before. After using x10 for around 12 years I am totally disgusted, and will never use them again.	Overall Rating

I don't even think they were called X-10 then, but I continued using your products up until a few years ago because I found the technology just wasn't up to par for me. I had too many problems and issues with your products. From what I've been reading from your website, it appears you have vastly improved the technology of your products so I'm willing to give it another try.	Overall Rating

For teh first time buyer, it is hard to find out what do you need to set up your system. Also, it is hard to find out what is included in the package offers. The sight can offer more technical info such as expected battery life for all devices, expected life for devices etc. This would be important information for purchasing spare equipment ahead of time before any failure.
