Initially I was a little concerned when I did not hear from them in about a week so I sent them an email. It took a couple of more days to get a response but they were very apologetic and I had the watch within about three days from then. |

Ordered 2 watches at same time and only received 1. Contacted by e-mail and so far responses are "let me check with my manager" or "we will ship another one" but still no watch. I WANT THE WATCH THAT I PAID FOR!!!! |

Vendor offered free shipping over and above a good price for the Casio AQF100-7BV and Casio AQF100-9BV I ordered. Shipping was very quick, I received the watches within just 4 days, and as expected. So happy with buyer. As for the watches (the 9BV has a chain and hence a casual look as opposed to the 7BV which has a rubber strap and has a sporty look) - they were good for the price - about $37and $31 respectively. Looks good - the sport watch more than the casual. But, takes some time to get used to its settings and learn to configure it for first time use. Temperature sensor performance (one reason why I took it) is less than satisfactory. It took me several days and several calibrations, to get the accuracy from + / - 10 F to about 2 F. But it still fails in several occasions and isn't very reliable. Haven't tested watch under water, but it has lived through the rains and snow I have been through. Tide and moon information is accurate once properly configured. Would rate the watch 7/10 |

I paid $17.80 for shipping USPS Priority Mail. I gave them my PO Box as the address. They shipped it UPS to my PO Box! I then had to drive60 miles to the UPS office in San Bernardino to pick up the package. I asked for a refund on the shipping but no one replied. I'm very disappointed! |

They shipped me the wrong watch so I had to ship it back. They STILL have not shipped me the correct watch, I've been at this for more than 2 weeks the still do not have the watch I ordered. |
