Great price on the parts I ordered and the shipping price was lower because I ordered more (unlike some other merchants). I was not familiar with them but based on the strong reviews I ordered the parts for the new PC I was building. Extremely fast shipping. But most impressive was when a manufacturer caused problem prevented completing the build. I contacted xPCgear and their intervention turned a 3-4 week wait into 3 days. I had lost my receipt so I emailed extremepc gear to see if they could help, next day they sent me a copy of the receipt and offered to help with the RMA if I needed it.
