Item was ordered but subsequently order was canceled by Y2incusa because of lack of Google payment guarantee. Credit card was debited. Took 5 days to process refund and post credit. Never fully understood Google issue. |

The wrong model was sent to me. I left a message with PriceGrabber. No one called be back. I left a message with Y2INCUSA_PG, Damaged/incorrect item for order #1685937. Again, no one contacted me. So I'm stuck with a phone that lacks some features of the one that I ordered (MI6897). |

I found it very difficult to find a return address to ship the product back to the seller. It took several days for the seller to respond to my e-mail. At this point I don't know how much of the cost of the camera is going to be returned to me. It sounds like I will be paying for shipping not only back to the seller, but also the "Free" shipping to me, as well as a "restocking fee". I am quite dissatisfied with this transaction. I will, in the future, reconsider buying a product on-line. |

Seller does NOT accept PayPal which was confusing on the face and delayed the transaction since I used PayPal at the checkout - and was allowed to do so! Package arrived in poor condition - packing was slipshod at best. The one thing that was as promised was a good price. |
