Y2incusa's Response: In order to keep our cost low, we keep tracking series number of each item we have been selling to make sure we will receive the same item back in case of return/exchange. I did find out the unit would ship from Texas. A couple of days later, I got an email that their business was hit Hurricane IKE and instead of delaying my shipment, they promptly refunded my money. Becuase of timing, I ordered from someone else for more money, but I appreciate the business sense to promptly refund my money. They seriously put the customer first, in front of all of the issues they had to face because of Hurricane IKE.
