Provided me with a Fed Ex tracking number and I received my product in about 8 days. The item i purchased was something that could not be found in stores anymore, therefore I went to the web. Y2inc had the most competitive prices around. Cons: Box was banged up, but not Y2inc's fault. Other Thoughts: I would do business with Y2inc again.	Overall Rating

When I purchased the product I got a Transaction completion email but then no contact at all for 7 days. It was only after I complained did I get an email telling me the product shipped and what shipper they used. Product arrived in perfect shape ready to go. Price was exactly what the quoted and so was the product. Y2inc, you need to communicate better and tell customer when item was shipped the day it was shipped and when to expect arrival. However, the screen has an indention in the middle where the stand had been pushed in from the back. The indention in the screen is very clear when the screen is off and worried me.
