Retailer was helpful in processing my order and shipping it to my customer at another location. Although I had to fill out a credit card/shipping authorization form (which I didn't mind) due to the different shipping address, I was able to go to my customer's on-site location and replace the RAID set-up that failed. This saved me time and hassle. My customer was pleased and satisfied and so was I. 2. Would you recommend this merchant to a friend? Why or why not? Yes. I am writing this review because they saved me by coming through in shipin me a much needed set of SCSI drives that had to be there next day. After confirming stock and placing the order over the phone with a sales person, I received a tracking # of my order within the next hour. You cannot imagine the relief of having a tracking number so quickly in real-time...it was a huge reaccurance that these drives were shipped and on route. I work for one of the largest military contracters in the country and I deal with many online companies and vendors...this is one company I trust and I give 5 stars.	Overall Rating

The listed on their site listed it as NEW, OEM but there was a line that said "Cleaned and tested". I emailed them to verify that this drive was indeed NEW and not a refurb since they said it was cleaned and tested. The reply was that it indeed was NEW. We ordered and paid for the drive and it arrived in the amount of time that we expected. When we inspected the drive, it was fingerprinted all over and the mounting holes and sides were scared, as if it had been previously installed. I contacted Yobitech and received no reply. I called them and had to leave a message but no one called me back. We decided to use it anyhow but it failed. We again contacted Yobitech, no reply. Called Seagate, the warranty was already expired. No satisfaction and no communication from this company. We lost $455.00 and it is now a paperweight. Thanks. Retailer Response (08/11/2009): Dear Customer, We apologize that the hard drive you received failed. We researched your order and found that it was placed over a year ago on 6/14/08. The drive had a 1 yr warranty under Yobitech and we were happy to send you a replacement if this drive was still under our blanket warranty. This was in lieu of the Seagate Warranty. In fact, the ST330065SSS price has since dropped to $340 from the price of $455 when you purchased it last year We try to answer customers\' questions and concerns in an expeditious manner. We can\'t track records of phone calls but customers are able to reach us on our website through Live Chat and a customer support team member can call back the customer with a number provided. These drives are for a server class machine and being a bit older are not available via most of the big name stores or websites. I was a bit hesitant about ordering from yobitech - having never heard of them, but the reviews here on pricegrabber were generally quite good for them. I can now say that this is an EXCELLENT place to shop. The purchase process was very easy, and the items arrived - exactly as they were advertised - in 2 buisness days (and that was with the standard FREE shipping). I could not be more pleased and will bookmark yobitech for future use as well as gladly recommend them to my fellow "techies".
