It took a long time for the package to come, but I was very satisfied overall. Retailer Response (03/04/2004): The customer requested USPS Media Mail - we do advise on our site that this service, although economic, can be very slow. The item was shipped the day after the order was received. |

The service was excellent from Yoga Technology. I have answered this survey at least 2 times before and I would not give Price Grabber the same report. Please stop sending me this survey or the next time I will send my complaint to Yoga Technology who has been nothing but excellent in their service for the at least 8 years or more that I have used them. Retailer Response (10/19/2004): Completion of the report is voluntary. We do not understand why they should be so upset at being given the opportunity to comment on their shopping experience. Still, good to hear once again from an otherwise happy customer! :-) |

I looked the book over and over and kept looking for a place that
said Buy this book now... it was confusing to me. Once I got to the
purchase page I could do the rest easily. Retailer Response (10/19/2004): We are always looking for ways to improve our site. The online shopping system has now been completely remodelled. Hopefully such problems, rare as they have been, will be a thing of the past. |

When you look at an item, such as a DVD, individually, then press the back button on the browser to go back to the full list of DVD's, it sticks at the individual item. You have to then go to the bottom of the the page and click "DVDs" again. Retailer Response (11/13/2004): Using the browser back button can cause problems on many sites. It works with some of our pages but not with others. We provide a "browse" button on every product page which will always return the visitor to the point on the previous page they were viewing, and we strongly recommend its use. We are always looking at ways to simplify site navigation, and in the light of this comment will give this issue further consideration. We appreciate all such feedback as it helps us to improve our overall levels of customer service and satisfaction. |

You did not have all the Yogi products that I wanted to order. Now I must search other web pages
hoping that I can find what I want.
I need the following: Breathe Deep and Calming Tea. Beathe Deep with Winter Relief works wonders
for those with all-around allergies and respiratory problems. Calming Tea with St. John's Wort is good
to take before bed-time. Yogi tends to change the names of their products often. Retailer Response (01/05/2005): We are sorry we were unable to help on this occasion. We do not stock every flavor of Yogi Tea, but we are expanding our range to meet the stated requirements of our customers. Yogi Tea Company have rebranded several products recently, and also added a number of new blends. Most product names are unaltered. |

I was very impressed that my ordered arrived in four days! And I live in Spain. I haven't had time to check my credit card bill,yet. But also one of the two CD's may have a skip in it, I haven't had the time to play it on another machine yet so I may have to send it back. Also , there was no invoice in the package, and I would have appreciated that. |
