My online purchase was followed in the same day by a phonecall. The local Satellite installer was late arriving, but I was able to get very helpful telephone support who assured me that he was enroute. |

Excellent customer service beyond what is expected from companies these days. I ordered the wrong product for my intended purpose through no fault of 'yourdigitalhome' or indeed mine. I had not used the item but had opened the packaging and contacted 'yourdigitalhome' 24/11/08 - 33 days after ordering explaining my circumstances. Even though my circumstances did not fit within there returns policy - due to exceptional circumstances they allowed return and full refund. This is a company you can trust to give you personal and exceptional customer service!! 5 Star service!!!!!!!!!! |
