My shopping experience with Zazzle.com is great...quality, ease of use, price, customer service and tech support, and turnaround time is most always very good. There was a slight glitch with this order...I received the wrong magnet and there was a glitch with regard to the new Zazzle Black Trial Shipping. Customer Service responded promptly, patiently, apologetically, and courteously. All was resolved very quickly. I would, and have, recommended Zazzle to a friend, and fellow artists -- for the reasons I specifically mentioned above: quality, ease of use, price, customer service and tech support, and turnaround time, plus other amenities such as a mini website to display and the products - a person can create for themselves or sell their products to others, and more. I am a seller (GalleryVisage), and all of this is quite important. I would not recommend a merchant unless I knew first hand that merchant is good. |

I found Zazzle when I was looking to customize a metal travel mug and CafePress did not have what I was looking for. Zazzle's design building user interface is incredibly easy to use and also a true representation of the final product. I recevied the product quickly and am very happy with how it turned out. I will be going to Zazzle first now when I need anything custom. |

These people were great! A mistake in my first mug, which left a letter off of a name was my fault for making the lettering to big and it did not fit into the printable part of the mug. No problem, I got the credit with no trouble and fixed the mug on line and reordered useing the credit. I did not have to send back the mugs! All this was done fast, so from my first order until my right mugs arrived was only 12 days! |

This was my second order of custom stickers from Zazzle and I was just as impressed the second time. The print quality is quite high and Zazzle's editing tools made designing easy. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. |

I created 2 t-shirts for a friend's children and they turned out wonderfully! I couldn't believe that I could find a place to customize my own Disney clothing! The quality of the shirts are great and the shipping was fast. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized gifts. |
