The router was needed immediately as without it I was at total work stoppage. I paid over $22 for expedited shipping to have the router in my posession within 2 business days. However, after two days with no contact, I sent an email which was ignored and then I called only to have the ZDTronic employee tell me someone would call me back, they did not call back for another 2 days. Finally the router arrived on the 6th business day after order with 2 day shipping. I will never use this company again and would advise others not to also, especially if you are in a pinch. To ZDTronic's credit, they reimbursed our shipping costs, but that does not come close to covering the loss of revenue from a total work stoppage for 6 days.	Overall Rating

I actually called the lowest cost vendor first, but they did not know the technical specifications of the product that I would receive because they had several in stock and the specs were showing up differently for that same model. With ZDTronic , I got exactly what was advertised.Would come back again to this site for further purchases.	Overall Rating

Service was good. Package came brand new in a box. With professional packing. Worked great. Time saver to buy online rather than going to the store. Saved me alot of time. On-line ZDTronic listed order as 'Processing' for 9-days. I sent three emails about my order. First two were never answered, the third was to cancel the order. Problems with these guys are: 1. They were advertising inventory for sale they did not have. 2. They did not respond to customer inquiries in a timely way.	Overall Rating

Though this was marked on the box, there were 1 of the correct tapes and 9 of another number (with 1/3 the data capacity). In addition, the tapes were in different packaging than the usual Sony, and not sealed. I submitted a RMA through their website, didn't hear back, called them up and it took a bit of pushing on my part to get a return authorized. They insisted the tapes weren't "recertified".
