I visited the product page again and it states that the instructions for installation are included in the package. I emailed them promptly with my concern and they responded by directing me to a public forum to figure out how to install the item. I quickly replied and told them that I bought the product from them and that their website clearly states the instructions are included in the package. I wanted them to rectify this problem. I have been ignored. Decent prices, but horrendous shipping costs and terrible customer service practice. I definitely would not recommend this site to anyone! It is incredulous that they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau.	Overall Rating

I have also had the misfortune of dealing with several bad sellers, which leads me to feel that I'm a pretty good judge when it comes to my opinion on dealers to buy from. Zephyr carries all the best products and has sale prices on older models for those trying to save some money, as this sport can become expensive. Each time I buy from other paint ball companies, the more I feel I should just try to use Zephyr and be confident I'll be treated well and get my equipment on time.	Overall Rating

No one on the help line could figure out how to combine them when the auction clearly states the buyer can combine shipping. Ended up paying $14.50 for shipping two items which is a little high. The website has great prices... although the organization could use a bit more effort. With the exceptions of the markers themselves, most of the products are for one model or another. Being able to search for a specific marker, and see ALL products that are compatible for it (as opposed to those that specify that model only... e.g. SP-1 has Ion/Impulse barrel threads: have a link to all barrels with that thread).
