WAS GOING TO BUY LAPTOP FOR MY GIRLFRIEND'S BIRTHDAY, PLACED ORDER 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE, BUT THEN IN 5 DAYS THOSE FREAKS CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE COULDN'T CALL ME, DUE I CHANGE MY NUMBER, CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT, ON THEIR POLICY PAGE DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CALLING AND VERIFYING BY THIS WAY, IT SAYS I'LL GET EMAIL WITH ADDITIONAL INFO REQUEST, BUT I GOT NOTHING, AND AT SAME TIME I CHECKED THEY ALREADY WAS OUT OF STOCK OF THIS LAPTOPS, SO THEY PROBABLY JUST MADE EVERYTHING UP!!! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE ONLY ONE MANAGER, THAT WAS SEEK WHEN I CALL, AND HAD A DAY OFF..... GENERALLY SPEAKING DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS IDIOTS!!!!! But as the review was good from PriceGrabber.com and the item that I was looking for was the cheapest in ZZF (with MIR), I decided that I'll give it a try. Ordered the item Sunday night (10/25) and received it Wednesday (10/28). Now that's what I call quick service and no hassle. I'll definitely order from them again, if the price is right!
