Excellent selection, pricing, shipping rates, and ease of use of website. The only improvements I would suggest would be more images of the product, and more detailed/plentiful product information. I recived a tracking number by UP. I just called the UP for tracking this order, now I was told after 10 days that the order altoguh has a shipping track number, the order was not shipped yet, I'm very desapointed, I'm flying overseas Friday morning and would like to take this notebook with me.
