This caused me to buy the product and have the rebate be cancelled. This is not a big problem if they can update the rebate information and also let the manufacturer know about this update also. The manager "Mike" was a complete ****, rude, arrogant, condescending, and unhelpful. The site advertises a final price of $74.99 on their hitachi 500gb mobile hard drives. However what they don't tell you anywhere on that page, or on the cart page is that you only get one rebate. So when I purchased 4 I could only get one 15.00 rebate (13.00 if I wanted my rebate any faster than 10 weeks)... I have ordered from them before and the previous limit for hitachi hard drive rebates was 5 (which was clearly stated) In this case they are obviously being deceptive in hiding the fact that you will only get one no matter how many hard drives you order... STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!	Overall Rating
