However, I had a bad experience with my order due to the amount of time that it took to ship. I ordered my item on Wednesday and opted to pay extra for the two day shipping option. With the notice on the website that "most orders ship within 24 hours" I had a reasonable expectation of receiving my order on Saturday. Unfortunately, it took my item until today (the following Monday) to even be put out to ship. Needless to say I am disappointed with that part of my order. However, other than that inconvenience, I would have otherwise rated my order as good bordering on excellent. Next time I will not pay extra to get my item in the same time frame.	Overall Rating

But, on my first order, even though they said it was in stock, it wasn't. And when the web site said my order was packed, it still wasn't in stock. Zip, Zoom and Fly are indeed good descriptive terms for this company. The item was ordered through Buy.com's marketplace and fulfilled just LIGHTNING fast!! Very impressed, item arrived in perfect condition. It was also the best price for the item purchased. Highest recommendation, will definitely be doing business with them in the future. I ordered an ASUS Eeepc 1000 HE because of an attractive rebate of 30$. I never received this rebate because ZZF ruled that my claim was not allowable on the pretext that the barcode I provided was not the right one. But it was the only one available on the product I received. ZZF asked me to provide a specific barcode but this barcode was not available on the box or the netbook. I complained about that during a long time via Internet and finally by mail to the customer service. I never received an answer. Run away this online store, it’s a thief.	Overall Rating

However, when you have a problem, LOOK OUT !!! Here's why: I ordered an ASUS netbook on 5/28 only because the website showed it "in stock". I placed my order, my credit card was charged, and the status was "processing". I paid for 2 business day shipping, but since the weekend was coming up, I didn't expect it to ship until Monday. Over the weekend, the status turned to "packed". Now, I don't know about you, but to me "packed" means just that. Product packed in a box ready to ship. When it was still in the same state a day later I called, only to find out the product was really backordered. I then checked the website, it still showed in stock, and even let me create another order (I didn't check out). Perhaps not, however, my family and I have been dealing with Zipzoomfly.com for a very long time and we have never had one single negative experience. Whether on the phone, via email or over the internet customer service has always been top-notch. They don't always have the greatest selection, but then again may be that is not as necessary as product availability and having the best products at the best prices. Did I mention free shipping? Other sites may offer a more competitive price but then make up the difference in shipping/handling costs and then some. In my humble opinion, Zipzoomfly is one of the best merchant sites on the web (top 5). You would be doing yourself disservice if you passed them by in your search for quality products at reasonable/competitive prices ... even if their name does border on the cute and weird.
